BAJ 365 Terms & Conditions — Know It, Understand It, Then Play

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the BAJ 365 platform and its users. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

BAJ 365 bonus and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, which is stated in the offer details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only and can be claimed once.
• A deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to qualify for the bonus — once the period expires, the bonus will be void.
• Holding multiple active bonuses at the same time is not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
• Certain games may be required when playing with bonus funds.
• If bonus abuse is proven — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus. For example, with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on BAJ 365:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Cash Out feature applies in specific cases.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, BAJ 365 reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or specific conditions are not met, the bet may be refunded.
• If a session is interrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome will be settled based on the last valid data available.
• BAJ 365 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and to withhold payments where necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj 365:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting hacking, cracking, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Submitting false payment information or fraudulent documents.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Similarly, BAJ 365 may close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is established.
• The account has had no activity for an extended period (1 year or more).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• For legal reasons or as directed by a regulatory authority.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded within 7 business days, unless forfeited due to a breach of terms.
